Sassy rant

SO….

It’s been a looooong time since I’ve posted anything about my Sassy fanfic

(like, well over a month, maybe two? I kind of lost track)

Did anyone miss me? (actually don’t answer that, I don’t know if I can take that level of forever aloneness)

For my new followers/people who happen to stumble across this post I’ve been writing and mostly ranting about a (much longer than originally intended) Sassy fanfic that began as a daydream on a bus and has slowly taken over my ENTIRE life. I finished part one, umm actually, I can’t remember when but it was a while ago now and I posted it on here SEVERAL times but got no feedback so I assume nobody read it :’(

ANYWAYS

*SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT*

After many trips to starbucks, writing, deleting, rewriting, redeleting, keyboard smashing and bashing my head off EVERY available hard surface

PART TWO IS VERY NEAR COMPLETION!!!!!!

Once I’ve written my last little chunk I’ll post both parts on here again so watch this space….

In the meantime here’s some fun facts about it to keep you going while you wait

1) It’s my first ever fanfic, and I have no beta so be kind and at least read it (feedback VERY welcome)

2) At the moment it looks set to be a five parter (this could change)

3) Each part is named after an appropriate Ryan Adams song (youtube him NOW if you don’t know who he is)

4) Part 2 is VERY long, it actually exceeded livejournals word count, so is now actually 2 entries by the same name and it still isn’t done yet…

5) Genre-wise it’s a bit of everything, I tried to put in some humour, but personally I like shmoop and ANGST (it’s a supernatural fanfic, it wouldn’t be right without some angst) I even tried a few fight scenes but hmm…. (also probably NSFW, and only going to get more um, let’s say promiscuous…)

6) It’s set during series 5 and whilst some of it sticks to the plot other bits REALLY don’t, not even sorry!


Curse you rogue events!

Just got an email to “remind” me that 50% of A10 tickets have now sold out and that if I book this weekend I will be in the draw for a diamond ticket upgrade to celebrate the jubilee….
